Our History

Welcome to the Law Offices of Gerald R. Stahl, located in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan since May of 1982. Based in Grand Rapids, the firm is licensed in four states: Michigan, Illinois, Colorado and Arizona. Gerald R. Stahl is a member of several bar associations including the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona, Colorado and Illinois. Mr. Stahl is also recognized as a fellow in the National College of Advocacy.

Mr. Stahl is a Grand Rapids Lawyer committed to representing victims and their families that have suffered injuries or the loss of a loved one due to the fault or negligence of another. A major part of the practice is representing people injured in Michigan Auto accidents and Semi Tractor accidents. This area of Law is covered by the Michigan No Fault Act. In accident cases Mr. Stahl has proven his ability to get big results. The firm also represents people charged with crimes. Since 1982, he has represented a multitude of clients ranging from Michigan Drunk Driving, Homicide, Drug offenses, Assault and Sex crimes. He works in all counties in Michigan, including Kent, Barry, Allegan, Montcalm, Newaygo and Ottawa.

Mr. Stahl has handled several high profile cases since the Law Offices of Gerald R. Stahl was started in 1982. The firm emphasizes the defense of the fundamental rights guaranteed to every defendant under the Constitution.
